This Privacy Policy explains, at a general level, what information may be collected through the public website, why it may be collected, and how you can contact Ponderosa about privacy questions.

When you contact Ponderosa or use a public booking or inquiry form, you may provide basic information such as:

- information you choose to provide when booking a consultation
The public website is intended for initial contact and lead intake only.
Do not submit passports, banking records, immigration documents, government identification numbers or other sensitive documents through a public website form.
Information Collected Automatically
The website may collect limited technical and usage information through standard website tools, such as browser and device information, pages visited, approximate location derived from technical information, referral or source information, and general website interaction data.
Analytics will be described and enabled only in accordance with the production configuration. Google Site Kit is installed on the build site but analytics is not currently connected on staging.

Providing information through an inquiry form does not by itself create a consultant-client relationship.
Service Providers and Website Tools
Ponderosa uses third-party service providers to operate website functions. The current WordPress build uses Hostinger for hosting, WordPress and approved WordPress plugins, WPForms for public inquiry forms, UpdraftPlus with Google Drive for website backups, Senja to display selected client testimonials, and Setmore for consultation scheduling.
Google Site Kit / Google Analytics may be enabled for production analytics. Consultation scheduling is handled through Setmore. When you use Setmore, information you provide for booking is processed through that service according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use cookies or similar technologies where required for normal website operation, security, analytics or booking functions. The production cookie and analytics configuration will be reviewed before launch so this notice continues to match the tools actually enabled.
How Information Is Protected
Ponderosa takes reasonable steps to protect information under its control.
The public website is not intended to be a document-submission portal. Sensitive client records and immigration documents should be exchanged only through the method directed by Ponderosa for the relevant matter.
No website or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate the practice, or to meet applicable professional, legal or regulatory requirements.
Specific client-file retention obligations are outside the scope of this website privacy notice and are handled under Ponderosa’s professional file-management practices.
